Through our participation in Op Smaak, Bergfood has established a strong foundation for product development and production. As part of this partnership, we have access to a dedicated production facility where artisanal dips, sauces and dressings are developed and produced.
Op Smaak was founded by Miriam van der Loo and Adrie van der Loo, who ran the successful De Zoete Inval restaurant in Eersel for many years. Their experience and passion for food continue to shape the products, with a clear focus on being gluten-free, free from artificial additives and, above all, full of flavour.
At Op Smaak, products are developed and produced under our own Paolo brand as well as for private-labels. Through our participation, Bergfood is actively involved throughout the entire process: from concept and recipe to development and production.
There is plenty of scope for creativity and innovation.
