Cheese & meats

We simply could not imagine a menu without any Italian cheeses. Parmesan, Mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Mascarpone, to name but a few. They're all equally loved!

We like to eat Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano grated on pasta. Gorgonzola is a delicious inclusion on any sharing plate but will also not be unpleasant when melted in all kinds of dishes. Mozzarella comes from southern Italy and is best known as pizza cheese. The best mozzarella comes from the Campania region and is made of buffalo milk: mozzarella di bufala. Mascarpone we use for making the most beloved Italian dessert: tiramisù!

You can also get in touch with us to source the most delicious Italian and Spanish raw ham such as Parma ham and Serrano ham. We complete our meat range with some stunning salamis, Italian mortadella, bresaola and pancetta as well as Spanish fuet and chorizo.
