For five generations, organic agave syrup has been passionately made in Mexico from 100% blue agave.

Curious how this syrup is made? After a long growing process, usually between 5 and 7 years, farmers harvest the agave using the age-old technique of hand-cutting all the leaves with a sharp tool called "Coa".

The heart of the agave is ground to obtain the juice and fiber in the agave, this juice is filtered, heated and evaporated to obtain the sweet, low glycemic organic agave syrup.

The agave syrup is the perfect sweetener for use in dishes and drinks. It has a smooth and delicious taste that makes the agave syrup an excellent natural sweetener.
